Surfside, Miami Building Collapse
Chances are, you don’t spend much time thinking about the structural integrity of the building you live or work in. Buildings are required to meet rigid standards for construction, therefore collapses are unthinkable. Until they’re not.
Like we recently saw in Surfside, the unthinkable does sometimes happen. When it does, tragedy ensues: lives are lost and families are changed forever.
No matter the reason for the collapse — poor design, faulty materials, cutting corners in construction, failure to address decay, or otherwise — one fact remains: these tragedies should never happen.
Morgan & Morgan fights for the rights of people who have lost loved ones and suffered injuries in these catastrophic events. If you or a loved one were affected, our attorneys will fight tirelessly for justice.
