Frederick Pye III, Esq. is a South Florida native. He received his B.A. in 2012 from University of Central Florida and earned his law degree from Nova Southeastern College of Law in 2016. Mr. Pye’s practice areas include first party property insurance claims/disputes.
Mr. Pye focuses his practice on representing home owners and businesses that have suffered property damage and have been improperly denied or underpaid by their property insurance company.
Mr. Pye brings a unique perspective to his representation of his clients as he formerly defended insurance companies on these very same types of lawsuits. As such, he knows exactly the type of tactics insurance companies will use to defend their decisions. He is well aware that insurance companies’ primary goal is to protect their bottom line, and not the interests of their customers.
