Martin Jaffe was born in Bayonne, New Jersey in 1965. He graduated from Florida State University in 1987, then worked for several years as a claims adjuster for a national insurance company and as well as a parole officer. Mr. Jaffe graduated from the University of Akron School of Law in 1998.
