Meet Dan G. Williams

Daniel Williams is a seasoned attorney with a long-standing commitment to justice in Florida, where he has been practicing law since 1999. Originally from Pennsylvania, Daniel earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Occupational Safety and Health/Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He began his career as a loss control manager at Penn PRIME, an insurance trust for municipalities, while attending the night program at Widener University School of Law in Harrisburg.

After graduating from law school, Daniel moved to Florida to begin his legal career, initially working as an insurance defense lawyer. However, after two years, he shifted his focus to representing injured individuals, passionately advocating for their rights. Daniel’s dedication and skill led him to become a Florida Board Certified Civil Trial Lawyer, and he holds an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell, representing the highest standard in ethics and legal competence. Licensed to practice in Florida, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, he has earned a reputation for his tenacity and expertise.

Daniel is especially known for his work in the landmark case Jervis v. Geico, in which he successfully challenged Geico’s e-signature process for uninsured motorist rejections, leading to compensation for thousands of previously denied claims. This case highlights his commitment to fighting for justice and securing fair treatment for those in need.
