Biography Overview
Jarian Lyons has a wealth of experience in multiple areas of personal injury law which include car and motorcycle accidents, wrongful death, premises liability and defective consumer products. His passion for personal injury law developed in 2002 after his 24-year-old cousin died of a heart condition due to a lack of proper medical attention. It was at that moment that Jarian decided to pursue his law degree in order to help those that have been injured due to no fault of their own and have unexpectedly lost loved ones.
Jarian’s legal career began in Tallahassee, FL. Jarian worked zealously for clients that experienced significant unexpected losses ranging from trucking accidents, police shootings, tire tread separations, child drownings and infant crib deaths. Jarian’s investigation into an eight-month-old infant’s crib death assisted the Consumer Products Safety Commission in the recall of over 985,000 drop-side baby cribs.
During his time in Tallahassee, Jarian also led a Mass Tort Department and worked extensively in pharmaceutical drug litigation matters in Multidistrict Litigation involving harmful prescription drugs such as Avandia, Baycol, Bextra, Celebrex, Fosamax, Heparin, Vioxx and Zyprexa.
Jarian returned to Central Florida in 2013 and ultimately opened his own personal injury practice
that he managed from 2016-2024.
Jarian is a native Floridian and earned a Florida Bright Futures Scholarship to attend college. Jarian credits his desire for excellence and focus to his mother, who often worked two jobs during his youth and encouraged him to be involved in a myriad of after school activities including varsity basketball and the performing arts. When Jarian is not representing clients, he enjoys attending sporting events, attending church and spending time with his wife and children.
