Franco Romano

Trial Attorney

Franco emigrated from Venezuela at the age of 13, with the dream of making a difference for himself, his family, and the community around him. He was raised in Florida and attended the University of Central Florida (UCF) majoring in Political Science and receiving his Bachelor’s Degree in 2015. This milestone made Franco the first in his family to get a Bachelor’s Degree. After having put himself through UCF, Franco recognized that to make a difference in his community, he would need to achieve his dream of becoming an attorney.

Franco began working for Morgan & Morgan in February 2016 as a Case Manager, processing pre-suit cases by serving as a liaison between clients, attorneys, and third parties. After saving enough money to pay his own way through law school, Franco applied for and was accepted in 2018 into the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law (FAMU COL), located in Orlando, FL. Franco continued working full-time while attending FAMU COL at night, graduating in May 2022 with a Juris Doctor. Franco subsequently passed the Florida Bar that same year and began working as an attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s litigation department, where he prepares and litigates cases to ensure his clients are properly compensated for their injuries. Franco is now making the difference he’s dreamed about.

While not working for the people, Franco likes to spend time with his family and friends. Franco is also an avid sports fan. He plays tennis and soccer, and enjoys watching all sports, such as soccer, football, basketball, hockey, and tennis.
