
Biography Overview
Spencer Cutts was born and raised in Florida. He received his bachelor's degree in 3 years from the University of Florida, and attended Stetson University College of Law, one of the nation's top trial advocacy schools. As a law school student, Mr. Cutts earned the highest grade in his Trial Advocacy class, worked as an intern for United States District Court Judge Paul G. Byron and was a member of the Morgan and Morgan Summer MAP Program.
With Morgan and Morgan, Mr. Cutts focuses on representing individuals and families injured in automobile accidents. As an Orlando native, Mr. Cutts cares deeply about the community and aims to secure justice for those injured in automobile accidents.
In his spare time, Mr. Cutts enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing and watching sports, and being outdoors.
