Daniel Henry III

Biography Overview

Daniel Henry III is an attorney in the Tampa office of Morgan & Morgan, dedicating his practice to complex litigation, personal injury, trucking, automobile, and wrongful death cases. 

Dan played Division I Basketball at Saint Francis University in Loretto, PA, with his teams appearing in back-to-back NEC Championship Games. In the 2019 season, he assisted the Red Flash to an NIT Berth against the number 1 seed, Indiana Hoosiers.

Following his athletic career, Dan attended and graduated from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school Dan authored the noteworthy article, Sunsets on the SEC, which highlighted a novel issue in NIL Contracts for college athletes. He has been featured as a Guest Speaker and Panelist at several law schools throughout the country, including the University of Florida, Loyola University Chicago, University of Memphis, Nova Southeastern, and Stetson University.
