Born in Los Angeles, California and raised in Orlando, Florida, Ms. Ahmad takes pride in her Central Florida upbringing. She received her Bachelors of Science in Psychology degree from the University of Central Florida and went on to graduate with her Juris Doctorate from Barry University, Dwayne O'Andreas School of Law in 2019.

While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Ms. Ahmad volunteered her time mentoring and building college plans for at-risk high school students and was awarded the "Providing the Light" mentor award by the Orange County Superintendent for her work in the mentorship program.

In 2012, Ms. Ahmad was awarded with the "Arab American Artist of the Year" award and was featured on the Lebanese American Chamber of Commerce's Next Generation Profile for her work in raising Arab American awareness and promoting international relations, civil rights, and advocacy.
