Kenneth Logan Augustus Lineberger is a seasoned attorney specializing in complex litigation, with extensive experience in prosecuting criminal cases and handling high-stakes fraud and drug trafficking cases. He earned his Juris Doctor from Florida State University, spending a year at Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and a summer semester studying abroad at Cambridge. His early career included internships at the DC Superior Court and seven years at the State Attorney's Office, where he prosecuted cases ranging from misdemeanors to life felonies.
Kenneth furthered his career with four years at the Statewide Prosecutor’s Office, managing complex multi-million-dollar fraud and drug trafficking cases. His deep understanding of both prosecution and defense strategies makes him a formidable advocate in the courtroom.
Outside of his professional work, Kenneth is dedicated to community service. He has volunteered with Teen Court as a "judge" and mentor attorney and served as Vice President of the advisory board in 2024. Kenneth is an active member of the George C.
