Zachary Hudson

Trial Attorney

Zachary Hudson is an attorney in the West Palm Beach office of the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group. Mr. Hudson concentrates his practice on complex commercial litigation, including business torts, probate disputes, employment matters, and securities arbitration. He believes that contingency litigation fosters a strong partnership between attorney and client, providing for the most efficient and effective representation.
 
Prior to joining the Business Trial Group, Mr. Hudson worked in law firms specializing in employment law, family law, and creditors’ rights. Apart from the legal field, he has worked in construction, farming, communications, and in the service industry. Mr. Hudson uses his insight gained from his varied experiences to see issues from different perspectives, allowing him to understand his clients’ needs and how to best achieve favorable results.
 
Born and raised in Palm Beach County, Mr. Hudson is dedicated to helping clients in the community who have been wronged. After graduating from Dreyfoos School of the Arts in West Palm Beach, he received his Bachelor of Arts in English and History from the University of Florida. He went on to earn his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Florida, where he graduated with honors in the top 15 percent of his class, making the Dean’s List every semester. While in law school, Mr. Hudson received the book award for legal writing. He also served on the executive board of the law school’s Real Property Law Association and was involved in the Christian Legal Society.
 
In his free time, Mr. Hudson enjoys spending time with his wife, playing music, and taking his dog to the beach.
