Sarah A. Foster

Trial Attorney

A native Jacksonvillian, Mrs. Foster never considered practicing elsewhere. She left Jacksonville after high school to attend the University of Florida. Once in law school, she learned the truth about practicing law today as a volunteer at the Public Defender’s Office in Jacksonville and as a judicial clerk at the circuit court level, then at the First District Court of Appeal in Tallahassee, Florida. Her favorite experience, however, was serving on the Moot Court team at Florida State University College of Law, where she traveled to present arguments on real-life issues and met inspiring future attorneys, some of whom are esteemed colleagues today.

After school, Mrs. Foster gained invaluable experience and perspective representing insurance companies, big box stores, dentists, and nursing homes, in a variety of practice areas at a large insurance defense firm. A need to serve a greater purpose and truly benefit peoples’ lives brought her to Morgan & Morgan, where she has worked a variety of federal and state court cases ranging from complex litigation and government action matters to personal injury matters. Ms. Foster has settled into the Premises Liability department of the Jacksonville office where she litigates cases involving slip and fall, trip and fall, dog bites, and other injures which occurred on another’s property.
