Biography Overview
Alec Josepher is a dedicated personal injury attorney at Morgan & Morgan, focusing his practice on premises liability cases. A Florida native, Alec was born and raised in Tampa, where his passion for advocacy and justice began. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Emory University, where he was also a standout student-athlete, serving as captain of the varsity tennis team and helping lead them to a Division III National Championship in 2017.
Following his undergraduate studies, Alec earned his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, he was awarded an Academic Excellence merit-based scholarship, the William F. Blews Pro Bono Service Award for his commitment to community service, and the Victor O. Wehle Award, given to the most outstanding student in trial advocacy. Alec also gained valuable legal experience as an intern for the Honorable Rex M. Barbas at the Florida Thirteenth Judicial Circuit Court.
Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Alec was an insurance defense attorney, handling high-stakes medical malpractice and premises liability cases. This experience gave him a deep understanding of how insurance companies approach litigation—a perspective he now uses to advocate for individuals who have been injured due to negligence. Alec is proud to fight for the people and bring justice to those who need it most.
