Biography Overview
Kimberly Potter Richardson has lived in Tampa Bay for more than 20 years. After earning her Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Central Florida in 1994, she earned her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. While in law school, she served on Law Review and Moot Court. She received several Book Awards including one in Business Organizations.
Following law school, Ms. Potter Richardson clerked for a federal magistrate judge in the Middle District of Florida. Then, she had an extensive career in civil practice, defending large and small organizations. Ready to represent smaller interests, particularly individuals harmed by big businesses, Ms. Potter Richardson joined Morgan & Morgan.
She enjoys hanging out with her husband, family, and four chihuahuas in her spare time. She loves music and the outdoors and travels whenever she gets the opportunity.
