Biography Overview
Daniel Morgan was born and raised in Orlando, FL and is the youngest of the four Morgan children. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Florida where he majored in Sports Management with a concentration in Business. He went on to receive his Law Degree from the Stetson College of Law located in St. Petersburg, FL and is a member of the Florida State Bar.
Many of Mr. Morgan's summers throughout high school and college were spent working in the Morgan & Morgan call center where he was exposed to the law at a very young age. He spent his first summer during law school interning for the Dallas Maverick’s owner Mark Cuban as his personal legal intern. During his second summer of law school, he lived in Los Angeles, CA interning for Relativity Sports basketball division under Dan Fegan - an elite NBA agent.
Although Mr. Morgan is passionate about sports and entertainment law, he knew he belonged back in Orlando after graduating law school, working at Morgan & Morgan with his family and helping others in their time of need.
His focus at the law firm is personal injury. However, he continues to work as both an advisor and attorney for professional athletes and entertainers.
