Biography Overview
Ross Berlin is an attorney in Morgan & Morgan's Class-Action and Complex-Litigation group. Ross leverages his years of service as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Paul C. Huck of the United States District Court, Southern District of Florida, and the Honorable Kevin G. Ross of the Minnesota Court of Appeals, to navigate complex, often novel, legal issues and obtain relief for his clients. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Berlin refined his skills in high-stakes litigation as an appellate criminal defense attorney and as an appellate attorney for multi-billion-dollar corporations at an AmLaw 100 firm. Mr. Berlin considers himself privileged to be able to bring his skills and experience to bear on behalf of the people, rather than the powerful.
