John Morgan: Look, I've been doing this for a long, long time. My brother, Tim was paralyzed when I was a sophomore in college. And I got the call and my dad says, "Tim's paralyzed. He's paralyzed from the chin down, C6/67 quad." And we were very poor people and the parents were two big drunks, mother had already left town. So here we are, these poor people, and we're trying to navigate this personal injury case, and we got to see what happens when you're poor and you've got a big injury and we ended up hiring the wrong lawyer, when I look back in retrospect, when I look at everything. And Tim got really beat up, he got paralyzed at Disney World. They fought him like he was Baghdadi. I mean, you'd think he was an ISIS terrorist, the way they fought Tim. And when this happened to me, it was a life-changing event for me, because I love you so much. The doctor brought me in, because I was running the show, and the doctor brought me in and he said, "He won't live to be 30." I've probably cried thousands of times thinking about Tim alone. It's hard for me to even talk about it even now. But that experience changed my life forever, because when Disney was [inaudible 00:01:44] with Tim, they were really [inaudible 00:01:47] me too. And I became outraged, and I decided then and there that I would only ever do this type of work. When I see these clients in my lobby, I see my brother, and I don't want him or them to ever have that kind of representation. I want them to have their best chance of winning, and the best chance to put their life back together, the best way they can. And so it's really personal to me and what we've built here has enabled me to do this in a scalable way, in the right way.
