Check your Cingular/AT&T bill now for fraudulent "Roadside Assistance" charges.
Many consumers have contacted Morgan & Morgan to report that their wireless carrier, Cingular (now, AT&T) is imposing a $2.99 per month charge for "roadside assistance" which they did not request or even know they had.
We urge you to review your cellular telephone bill. We'd like to know if you have been subjected to roadside assistance charges without enrolling in the service or requesting it.
