Pacific Cycle is recalling the Ascend Cabrillo and Minaret E-Bikes due to a fire hazard. The wiring harness that manages the charging of the lithium-ion battery was not properly assembled, creating a risk of overheating and fire while charging.

 

Yaomiao Children’s Rhinestone Silver Tiaras

Yaomiao Children’s Rhinestone Silver Tiaras have been recalled due to a violation of the federal lead content ban. Sold exclusively on Amazon.com by LordRoadS, the rhinestones embedded in the recalled tiaras contain levels of lead that exceed the federal lead content ban. Lead is toxic if ingested by young children and can cause adverse health effects.

 

Visual Comfort & Co.Maverick Coastal 60-inch Outdoor Ceiling Fans

Visual Comfort & Co. is recalling their Maverick Coastal 60-inch Outdoor Ceiling Fans due to an impact injury hazard. The fan’s blade can crack or break and fall off the unit.

 

Toyota Takata Airbag Inflators

Toyota Motor has recalled over 50,000 older US vehicles, including some 2003-2004 model year Corolla, 2003-2004 Corolla Matrix, and 2004-2005 RAV4s with Takata airbag inflators. This is due to an issue with the airbag inflator, which Toyota says could explode and potentially kill the driver.
