An apartment fire in Wichita, Kansas injured one person on Sunday morning, KAKE reported. The fire happened at an apartment on E. Douglas Ave. and N. Estelle St. around 9:15 a.m. By 9:28, the fire was under control. Douglas was closed between Grove and Hillside in both directions as fire crews conducted their investigation.
