Heading up this firm will be attorneys Michael J. Smith and Christopher J. Hinckley. Smith has been practicing law in Florida for over 20 years, working as a felony domestic violence prosecutor before joining the Morgan & Morgan team in 2001.
His practice areas include personal injury, car accidents, premises and product liability. Hinckley worked as a public defender before joining Morgan & Morgan in 2009, where he has developed a sterling reputation as a personal injury attorney.
