Morgan & Morgan attorney Rene Rocha has been appointed to the Plaintiffs’ Executive CommitteeIn re: Hair Relaxer Marketing Sales Practices and Products Liability Litigation MDL 3060. At least 50 lawsuits have been brought by consumers against several beauty companies, including L’Oreal and Dabur USA, alleging that hair relaxer products made by these companies caused reproductive cancers.
