This is no small feat, as Mr. Winfrey was nominated by public opinion and surpassed other top labor and employment attorneys to win the prestigious honor.

Brian Winfrey, a Tennessee native, has changed the lives of many and secured millions of dollars in recovery for his clients across jury trials, bench trials, arbitrations, and settlements. In 2020 alone, Winfrey recovered over $300,000 through hard work and determination, all while leading the firm’s Employee Rights practice in the background.
Before joining our rapidly growing Nashville office, Mr. Winfrey founded and managed another successful employee rights law firm, the Winfrey Firm. He’s also the Secretary of the Tennessee Bar Association, a role he took up after he served as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Labor. On top of it all, Mr. Winfrey gives lectures regarding labor and employment, which allows his influence to reach a wider audience. It’s no doubt Mr. Winfrey has done a lot of good for the community, and we’re excited to see what he’ll do next.
