
Biography Overview
Terence Theus was born in Nashville, Tennessee and raised in Jackson, Tennessee. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree from Vanderbilt University Law School.
Mr. Theus has dedicated his practice to justice. Prior to his time at Morgan and Morgan P.A., he advocated to protect the constitutional rights of his clients involved in the criminal justice system as a criminal defense attorney for indigent people. Here, at Morgan and Morgan P.A., he uses the skills he gained from working for the people of his community to ensure steady communication, competent work product, and consistent customer service. He does this for the purpose of achieving civil justice for his clients.
Mr. Theus is licensed to practice law in the state of Georgia and handles personal injury cases of all types, including those involving motor vehicle accidents, insurance claims, and wrongful death.
