Throughout his career, Philadelphia trial attorney Shawn A. Ricci has dedicated his practice to representing the injured in personal injury cases. As an attorney with Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Ricci concentrates his practice on litigating complex matters, with an emphasis in premises. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Ricci was a partner for the Greater Philadelphia office of a national law firm primarily focused on railroad and transportation workers suffering from occupational cancer.  Mr. Ricci has successfully tried cases to verdict and has obtained multi-million-dollar settlements and verdicts. Mr. Ricci also represents the families of deceased victims in wrongful death cases, taking on the largest companies and businesses in doing so.  

Mr. Ricci was raised north of Philadelphia in Bucks County and has lived in Delaware Valley area all his life.  Mr. Ricci earned his Juris Doctor from Villanova University School of Law, where he served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Robert J. Shenkin of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, Chester County. Mr. Ricci earned a Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism from the Pennsylvania State University. Mr. Ricci is licensed to practice law in the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Montana, as well as several United States District Courts. 

In 2021, 2022, and 2023, Shawn A. Ricci was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer Rising Star by Philadelphia Magazine. Only 2.5% of Pennsylvania attorneys who are 40 years of age or younger or have been practicing for less than ten years are selected each year as a Rising Star.

Mr. Ricci and his wife Katherine are raising two small energetic children in the northwestern suburbs of Philadelphia.  In his spare time, Mr. Ricci enjoys playing the guitar, spending time down the shore in North Wildwood, collecting vinyl records, and seeing live music.
