
Biography Overview
Nicholas Westcott is an attorney in the St. Petersburg office of Morgan & Morgan, dedicating his practice to personal injury and automobile accident cases.
Nick was born and raised in Rocky Mount, NC, and received his bachelor's degree from Liberty University. Prior to attending law school, Nick served as the Director of Advance for former United States Secretary of Agriculture, Sonny Perdue, in Washington, D.C. During his time at the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Nick planned and executed hundreds of secretarial events and travel, including the 2017 G7 Agriculture Ministers Summit in Bergamo, Italy, the 2018 G20 Agriculture Ministers Summit in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and the 2019 G20 Agriculture Ministers Summit in Niigata, Japan.
After leaving Washington, D.C., Nick attended Stetson University College of Law. He received his Juris Doctor in May 2024, and graduated Magna Cum Laude. During law school, Nick served as the Local Government Editor for Stetson Law Review as well as a Notes & Comments Editor for Stetson Business Law Review. During the summer of 2023, Nick joined Morgan & Morgan's inaugural Morgan Associate Program where he completed his summer associateship in the St. Petersburg office.
As a first generation attorney, Nick has developed the work ethic, skills, and drive to get the best result possible for his clients and is dedicated to fighting For The People.
