Marc Sultzer

Biography Overview

Marc Sultzer is an Indianapolis native, first-generation college student, with prior experience as a deputy prosecutor, civil defense lawyer and most recently served as a plaintiff’s personal injury attorney with a prestigious Indiana firm prior to joining Morgan & Morgan.  He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from DePauw University and his Juris Doctorate from the Maurer School of Law.

He has extensive trial experience in Indiana courts and has always aggressively advocated for his clients even in the face of perceived, insurmountable odds.

Outside of law, Mr. Sultzer enjoys being active in his church and spending time with his wife of 20+ years and their two children.
