L. Darren Willis

Biography Overview

A Florida native, Mr. Willis was a military child and moved all over the United States as a youth before his family settled in Jacksonville Beach, Florida in 1993. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Florida in 2000 and graduated from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2012. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Willis was an Insurance Claims Supervisor. While attending Florida Coast School of Law, he was a member of the Florida Consumer Protection Clinic and completed an internship for a Duval County Circuit Judge.

After graduating law school, Mr. Willis joined an insurance defense firm as an Associate Attorney focused on handling Personal Injury Protection. After almost three years as an Insurance Defense Attorney, Mr. Willis realized he was fighting for the wrong side. He next worked at a pair of Plaintiff firms that focused on insurance disputes.

Mr. Willis handles claims related to first party insurance coverage. His ultimate goal is to use his experience and resources to maximize the potential recovery in your case.
