Krista Bartholomew

Krista M. Bartholomew was born and raised in Valparaiso, Indiana. She received her B.A. from Drake University and her J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law. She relocated to Florida in 2004.

Attorney Bartholomew has devoted her 20+ year career to helping those in need, many of those who cannot help themselves. Early in her career she worked on Dependency cases often representing children in a system where they are often lost. She began working on personal injury cases in 2011 and has received settlements over one million dollars.

Attorney Bartholomew has co-taught sessions at the annual Florida Judges Conference on 2 occasions. She appeared as a legal panelist on PBS and has received media attention for her case work on some high profile cases involving juveniles.

Attorney Bartholomew has been involved in various community organizations, serving on the board of a Woman’s Shelter and donating her time and energy to many charities benefiting children. She was a foster parent to over 20 children.
