Jonathan Arndt

Biography Overview

Jonathan Arndt is an Attorney in our Charleston, South Carolina office where he focuses his practice on premises liability, professional negligence, medical malpractice, nursing home and assisted living negligence, and a wide range of general liability matters.

Jonathan obtained his undergraduate degree from West Virginia University. After college, he attended Charleston School of Law where he graduated cum laude, was an active member of the Charleston Law Review, and was a member of the Presidential Honor's Society. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Jonathan served as a law clerk for the Honorable J.C. Nicholson, Jr., in Charleston where he gained invaluable insight into the court system and judicial decision-making process.

Thereafter, Jonathan worked for a prominent insurance defense firm where he defended large corporations and individuals in a wide array of cases for insurance companies. He now utilizes his experience to fight for his clients who have been injured by the negligence of others and to maximize their recoveries.

When Jonathan is not practicing law, he can be found spending time with his family and enjoying all the natural wonders the lowcountry has to offer.
