Attorney John Windle started his legal career as a runner in a well-established Plaintiff personal injury law firm in El Paso, Texas. He obtained a Psychology Degree from Flagler College and was admitted to Psi Chi, the International Honor Society in Psychology for outstanding scholastic achievement. After Flagler, John graduated from the University of Florida Levin College of Law and was a competitor and coach on the Moot Court Team. During law school, John served as a judicial extern for then Family Law Judge and current Attorney General of Florida, Ashley B. Moody. John has played on various Texas and Florida rugby teams, including the University of Florida Rugby Football Club.

After law school, John worked as an insurance defense attorney at a small boutique firm in Tampa until he realized his talent was best served working for homeowners rather than insurance companies. John went on to work for a prominent Plaintiff Construction Defect Firm in Orlando where he obtained multi-million-dollar settlements in several cases and successfully implemented the firm’s single family homes department. During this time, John was recognized as one of the Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch by the Best Lawyers in America Publication two years in a row. Mr. Windle has also dedicated years of his career to helping homeowners secure insurance coverage for property damage in First Party Homeowner’s Insurance Claims. Now, John proudly works primarily for injured clients who have no where else to turn here at Morgan & Morgan. John’s passion for litigation came from his grandfather, who is still currently practicing law full time in El Paso, Texas. In his spare time, John enjoys surfing, camping, playing rugby, and spending time with his family and dogs.
