John Baroni

Biography Overview

John Baroni was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois.  He received his BS from Bradley University, his MBA from Thunderbird, and his JD, with highest honors, from The University of Tulsa College of Law.  Prior to attending law school, Mr. Baroni enjoyed a 20-year career in business/project management including more than 10 years overseas.
  
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Baroni was in private practice after serving as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Tennessee, focusing on consumer protection class actions.  Mr. Baroni has tried cases in federal and state courts as well as before US ALJs in administrative actions.

After graduating from law school, Mr. Baroni joined a very large law firm where he principally represented defendants in nationwide complex litigation and class actions in both state and federal courts.
