He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Bradley University, followed by an MBA from Thunderbird, emphasizing his dedication to business and management. Mr. Baroni then pursued his JD with highest honors at The University of Tulsa College of Law, solidifying his commitment to the legal field.

Before delving into the legal realm, Mr. Baroni amassed over two decades of experience in business and project management, with a significant portion of his career spent overseas. This extensive background equipped him with a unique perspective and a wealth of knowledge in navigating complex organizational challenges and strategies.

However, Mr. Baroni's professional trajectory took a significant turn when he transitioned from a private practice role at a large national products liability defense firm to serving as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Tennessee. In this capacity, he specialized in consumer protection class actions, marking the beginning of a distinguished legal career marked by dedication to representing clients in federal and state courts, as well as before US ALJs in administrative proceedings. John has played a key role in handling nationwide complex litigation and class actions, showcasing his proficiency in navigating intricate legal landscapes.
