Biography Overview

Mr. Martin graduated from the University of Kentucky in 1999. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctor from Northern Kentucky University, Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2002. Since that time he has almost exclusively practiced in the areas of workers' compensation law. In the five years prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Martin represented only injured individuals. Prior to that, he served not only as a Staff Attorney for the Kentucky Department of Workers' claims, but he also spent many years representing employers in workers' compensation claims. Mr. Martin has been honored with the prestigious “AV Rating” by Martindale-Hubbell. The rating is based upon evaluations by other lawyers and is the highest ranking attainable for an attorney for their ability and ethics in the practice of law.

Mr. Martin is married to Jennifer McVay Martin with whom he has two children: Connor and Reagan.
