Jacob M. Jackson was born and raised in Montgomery, Alabama and graduated from Auburn University where he earned a degree in economics with a dual minor in business administration and political science. Mr. Jackson also served as the senior vice president of his business fraternity, Delta Sigma Pi.
Mr. Jackson earned his law degree from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. He served as an executive member of the Cumberland Trial Advocacy Board, which oversees an organization with a perennial top tier ranking among competitive court programs across the country.
Mr. Jackson is admitted to practice in all State and Superior Courts of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the Northern and Middle District Federal Courts of Georgia. He is a well-established trial lawyer and has devoted all of his years of practice to representing individuals and families injured or killed due to the negligence of other individuals and corporations.
Mr. Jackson has earned the reputation as a skilled trial lawyer, but also as an attorney who cares for his clients and upholds the highest professional and ethical standards. He is a member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association, the Atlanta Bar Association, and is a member of the Georgia Bar’s Young Lawyers Division and is a graduate of the 2019 Georgia Bar Young Lawyers Division Leadership Academy.
Mr. Jackson has successfully litigated and tried cases throughout Georgia and Federal Court while championing the rights of his clients injured in accidents involving large commercial trucks and commercial vehicles, wrongful death, as well as motor vehicle collisions, and slip and fall cases.
