Biography Overview

Howard Weber grew up in Wisconsin before relocating to Florida in order to attend the University of South Florida. After graduation Mr. Weber attended Stetson University College of Law, graduating with honors in 1985.

Howard’s legal career has focused on the representation of clients in matters related to insurance coverage and claims, first working as a trial lawyer for large insurance companies and then representing only insured policyholders in claims against their insurers. Weber has obtained the professional insurance credentials of Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC). Howard is also certified by the Florida Board of Legal Specialization and Education in the area of civil trial law, and has received Martindale-Hubbell’s highest, “AV” rating, which recognizes lawyers with the highest ethical standards and professional ability.

Howard is licensed to practice law the state courts of Florida and Georgia.
