Haley McIngvale II

Attorney

Haley W. McIngvale, II is originally from north Mississippi but currently resides in Jackson. He attained the rank of Eagle Scout in 2006 shortly before graduating from Pontotoc Highschool. He received his Bachelor of Art in History from the University of Mississippi in 2011 when he also joined the Mississippi Army National Guard. After completing Basic Combat Training and Officer Candidate School, he received his law degree from the Mississippi College School of Law in in May of 2015. He is still currently serving in the Mississippi Army National Guard as a Judge Advocate. Mr. McIngvale strongly believes in serving his community and Mississippians, where he endeavors to continue serving others in his legal practice. Mr. McIngvale has experience in a variety of different legal fields to include international law. He concentrates his practice on representing injured workers to ensure they receive all the benefits they are entitled to in Mississippi and is honored to fight for you.

Mr. McIngvale is admitted to practice in Mississippi, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Mississippi. He is a member of the Mississippi State Bar, where he is a member of the Workers' Compensation practice section.
