Biography Overview

F. Scott Pauzar began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney at the 20th Judicial Circuit State Attorney's Office in Fort Myers. During his five years as a Prosecutor, Mr. Pauzar conducted over thirty jury trials. After leaving the State Attorney's Office, Mr. Pauzar served as an insurance defense attorney for ten years, where his practice was focused on premises liability, medical malpractice and catastrophic injury cases. Mr. Pauzar now combines his jury trial and insurance defense experience to successfully represent his clients.

Mr. Pauzar grew up in Naples, Florida. He is a military veteran, having served on active duty in the United States Air Force between 1989 and 1993. Mr. Pauzar received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Jacksonville University in 1996 and his Juris Doctor from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, in 2004. Mr. Pauzar is a member of the Florida Bar, and admitted to practice in the U.S. Middle District and U.S. Northern District courts of Florida. Mr. Pauzar resides with his wife and daughter in Naples, Florida.
