Biography Overview
A Tampa native with deep familial roots in the Spanish community, Devanee Polo graduated, with honors, from the University of South Florida in 1990 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems and received her Juris Doctor degree cum laude from Stetson University College of Law in 1993.
Since graduating from law school, Ms. Polo has concentrated her practice of law solely on plaintiffs who suffered a personal injury. From 1993 through 2004, Ms. Polo practiced with Wilkes & McHugh, P.A., focusing on nursing home and medical malpractice litigation.
In 2005, Ms. Polo joined Morgan & Morgan's Complex Litigation Group focusing on products liability litigation and mass torts (pharmaceutical and medical products). She is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
