Biography Overview

Andy was born in Charleston South Carolina and raised in the Orlando area having attended Lake Brantley High School. After graduating cum laude with a double major in Philosophy and Political Science from Western Carolina, Andy attended law school at the University of Florida where he graduated "With Honors" in the top 20% of his class.

For the first 20 years of practice Andy litigated personal injury cases for the defense. In 2011 he decided to apply his vast knowledge and experience representing insurance companies to those injured as a result of others negligence. After 12 years exclusively representing the injured at his former firm Andy joined Morgan & Morgan.

Andy has been Board Certified as a Specialist in Civil Trial Law since 2009. Less than 3% of the attorneys in Florida are Board Certified. Andy routinely tries cases throughout Florida in both state and Federal court. He is also "AV Rated" with Martindale-Hubbel, the premier national attorney rating service in the United States for the past 100 years. This rating is earned from the evaluation of other attorneys through out the state of Florida. The "AV" rating is the highest rating attainable by an attorney for both ethics and competency in the practice of law. It is a distinction reserved for only a select few attorneys.

Andy lives in Winter Garden with his wife Victoria and his two children.
