Andrew Stanco was raised in Orlando, Florida. He graduated from the University of Central Florida in 2011 with a degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Spanish Language. He then moved to St. Petersburg to attend Stetson University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2014. During his time at UCF and Stetson, Mr. Stanco worked as a law clerk at local plaintiffs' firms focusing on personal injury, medical malpractice, wrongful death, nursing home abuse, mass torts, and first party property claims. He also interned at a large global firm specializing in transnational, commercial, risk and regulatory, legal claims, and governance advisory, while studying abroad in London, England.
After graduating from law school, Andrew began his career as an Assistant Public Defender for the 13th Judicial Circuit of Florida, in Hillsborough County, Florida. Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Stanco was an associate attorney at two prominent insurance defense law firms in the Tampa Bay area. He has handled thousands of cases in county and circuit court and had the opportunity to try over forty jury and non-jury trials to verdict. Mr. Stanco is proud to bring this experience to work for individuals and families who have been injured as a result of another's negligence.
