Meet Andrew Hogan
Andrew Hogan is a lifelong Rhode Islander. Andrew grew up in North Providence, Rhode Island, and attended LaSalle Academy in Providence. He obtained his Undergraduate Degree from Rhode Island College and then graduated with his Law Degree from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law.
After law school, Andrew began his career as a Law Clerk in the Rhode Island Supreme Court’s Trial Court Law Clerk Department. His responsibilities included assisting Trial Court Judges with researching complex legal issues and drafting legal opinions.
After completing this appointment, Andrew joined one of the largest regional defense firms in the Northeast, where he eventually became a Partner. In that capacity, Andrew defended clients in a wide range of workers' compensation matters. Andrew has extensive experience with all facets of litigation including investigation, discovery, alternative dispute resolution, trial and appellate work.
With Morgan & Morgan, he now uses the insights and knowledge he gained on the defense side to achieve the best outcomes possible for his clients.
Andrew currently resides in Cranston, Rhode Island, with his wife and their two children.
