Adam C. Phillips

Mr. Phillips is an experienced trial attorney in California. Before focusing on individual advocacy, he spent over ten years defending governmental entities in various legal matters. This included civil rights, torts, employment law, as well as various complex litigation matters.  During this period, he successfully handled cases in State and Federal Courts in both trial and appellate courts. Mr. Phillips actively contributes to the legal and academic communities. He previously served as an Editor of the California Municipal Handbook and teaches as an adjunct professor at La Sierra University, sharing his expertise with students. His dedication and contributions have earned him recognition, including the Tom & Vi Zapara School of Business Rising Star Award in 2017 and the Wall Street Journal Award. In 2007, he achieved success in competitions, winning at the regional, national, and international levels of the Students in Free Enterprise (now "Enactus") Competition.
