Biography Overview
Taylor Dudley, a Birmingham, Alabama native, is an associate attorney in our Atlanta, Georgia office focusing her practice on personal injury litigation. She earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Alabama State University and her Juris Doctor degree from Faulkner University’s Thomas Goode Jones School of Law. While attending law school, Taylor studied abroad at the University of Oxford in Oxford, England where she focused on comparative legal studies. Also, while in law school Taylor was a judicial law clerk for the 15th Judicial Circuit of Alabama, competed on the national mock trial team and in local moot court competitions which laid a strong foundation for Taylor’s legal career as a trial attorney and a zealous advocate for her clients. Taylor is a dually licensed attorney in Georgia and Alabama.
Before transitioning into personal injury law, Taylor gained invaluable experience advocating for clients in both the criminal defense and family law arenas. Taylor began her legal career as a public defender in Montgomery, Alabama where she zealously fought for countless clients facing felony and misdemeanor criminal charges to ensure they were treated fairly during the criminal justice process from pre-indictment to trial. After relocating to Atlanta, Georgia, Taylor continued her legal career in family law in a reputable family law firm where she represented clients that found themselves in domestic disputes such as child custody battles, separations, and divorces which honed her skills in negotiation and trial advocacy.
Taylor continues her fight for justice as personal injury attorney with Morgan & Morgan taking particular interest in victims of motor vehicle accidents working to get them the maximum compensation they deserve.
Despite the legal arena, Taylor pursues justice and fights for her clients. She prides herself in client-centered advocacy, tailoring her approach and legal strategy to each individual client’s specific needs and goals. Taylor strongly believes in and aligns herself with Morgan & Morgan’s mottos of “For the People” and “People Over Profits.”
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her two children, traveling, reading, and exploring the various sporting and musical events Atlanta has to offer.
