Biography Overview

Mr. Conley graduated with honors from Gannon University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1995. He earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky in 1998 and has been litigating and trying cases in the Lexington area ever since. He’s tried over a dozen cases in state and federal courts throughout Kentucky, including products liability, severe injury and brain trauma cases. He’s also affirmed victories for clients in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and in the Kentucky Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Mr. Conley has been honored with the prestigious “AV Rating” by Martindale-Hubbell. The rating is based on evaluations by other lawyers and is the highest ranking attainable for an attorney for ability and ethics in the practice of law.

Mr. Conley started his legal career as an associate with Frost Brown Todd in 1998. In 2006, he joined the Reminger firm as partner and ran its Lexington, KY office for over 10 years. At both firms, he represented insurance companies, product manufacturers and large and small businesses. Mr. Conley joined Morgan and Morgan to change the focus of his practice from defending businesses to representing individuals and families who have been severely injured due to poorly designed or defectively manufactured products. His unique engineering background helps bring insight and clarity to sometimes complicated products liability litigation, all to the benefit of his clients.

Mr. Conley also joined the Morgan and Morgan firm to help individuals hold insurers responsible for unfair and deceptive business practices. His experience helps clients pursue violations of the Kentucky Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act and other consumer protection laws. He earnestly believes that everyone deserves to be treated fairly, even, “the little guy.”

Mr. Conley and his wife, Dana, share three children who keep them very active with baseball, lacrosse, swimming, diving and golf.
