Shea W. Conley

Trial Attorney
(859) 219-4529

Mr. Conley graduated with honors from Gannon University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1995. He earned his law degree from the University of Kentucky in 1998 and has been litigating and trying cases all across Kentucky ever since. He’s tried over a dozen cases in state and federal courts throughout Kentucky, including products liability, severe injury and brain trauma cases. He’s also affirmed victories for clients in the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals and in the Kentucky Court of Appeals and Supreme Court. Mr. Conley has been honored with the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell “AV Rating” by both lawyers and judges. The rating is based on evaluations by members of the Bar and the judiciary and is the highest ranking attainable for an attorney for ability and ethics in the practice of law.

Mr. Conley started his legal career as an associate with Frost Brown Todd in 1998. In 2006, he joined the Reminger firm as partner and ran its Lexington, KY office for over 10 years. At both firms, he represented insurance companies, product manufacturers and large and small businesses. Mr. Conley joined Morgan & Morgan to change the focus of his practice to representing individuals and families who have been severely injured due to poorly designed or defectively manufactured products. His unique engineering background helps bring insight and clarity to complicated products liability litigation, all to the benefit of his clients.

Mr. Conley’s experience handling insurance bad faith and coverage claims also helps him hold insurers responsible for unfair and deceptive business practices. He helps clients whose claims have been wrongfully denied, delayed or undervalued in violation of the Kentucky Unfair Claims Settlement Practices Act and other consumer protection laws.

Shea and his wife, Dana, share three children who keep them very active with baseball, lacrosse, swimming, diving and golf.
