Ms. O’Donnell grew up on the beautiful Central Coast of California. She attended Cal Poly Humboldt (formerly Humboldt State University) where she received her Bachelor of Arts in English and worked for the University newspaper as its op-ed columnist. Shortly after graduation, she began working as a paralegal at a multi-service law firm in Eureka, CA where she discovered her curiosity and passion for the law. She pursued her legal studies at Monterey College of Law and earned her Juris Doctor and Master of Legal Studies. During her time in law school, she served as the Secretary of the Student Bar Association, was awarded two certificates in mediation training, and was a candidate for Monterey County’s Heisler Moot Court Competition where she argued Fourth Amendment issues in front of a tri-panel of Appellate Judges. As for her prior endeavors, Ms. O’Donnell worked at an established mediation and arbitration company and has a wealth of knowledge in the alternative dispute resolution facet of the legal field. Upon successfully passing the California Bar Exam, she was extended the opportunity to join the Morgan & Morgan family. Ms. O’Donnell is proud to serve as an attorney at the firm’s Los Angeles office where her practice focuses on Premises Liability.
