Biography Overview
Sean brings more than 20 years of litigation experience to Morgan & Morgan to specialize in complex premises liability and negligent security claims. Prior to joining Morgan and Morgan, he spent the majority of his career as a sole practitioner, focused exclusively on serious personal injury matters, wrongful death, auto liability, premises liability, medical malpractice, and civil rights litigation. Sean prides himself on being very hands-on and constantly connected to his clients throughout the entire claims and litigation process. He strives to tirelessly fight for his clients so that they can focus on physically and emotionally recovering from their losses and injuries.
Sean received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida and his law degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law. He is admitted to practice in the state courts of Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, and Illinois, and is admitted in the Northern District (Georgia), Middle District (Georgia), Eastern District (Tennessee), and Middle District (Tennessee) federal courts.
