Sean Gregory Perkins is a partner in the Morgan & Morgan Business Trial Group, where he focuses his practice exclusively on probate, trust, and guardianship litigation. Without the financial pressure of monthly attorneys’ bills, Mr. Perkins's clients are able to have their cases decided on the merits, regardless of the complexity of the case or wealth of the opponent.
Mr. Perkins is a former Assistant State Attorney and is licensed to practice law in Florida, Georgia, Missouri and Washington. He holds a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor designation through the American Bankers Association.
