Biography Overview
Before obtaining her law degree, Patricia served four years in the United States Marine Corps. This service instilled within her a strong desire to dedicate herself to a purpose-driven career. Patricia then worked as a litigation paralegal where she engaged with clients and gained a full understanding of the complete scope of their injuries and how those injuries impacted their daily lives. This ignited in her a profound commitment to assist those who suffered unjust harm. Motivated by this newfound passion, Patricia resolved to take the next stride in her journey. She enrolled in Southwestern Law School's accelerated Scale program and completed her law degree in two years.
Throughout her time in law school, Patricia persisted in her mission to safeguard the rights of individuals in need. She actively engaged in public interest initiatives, including Southwestern’s Small Claims Clinic, Bet Tzedek's legal aid program for low-income residents, and she dedicated her efforts to the Legal Aid Foundation in South Los Angeles.
Upon successfully passing the California Bar exam, Patricia expanded her legal practice to encompass the litigation of cases under the Federal Employers' Liability Act. During this time, she championed the rights of railroad workers who had sustained catastrophic injuries due to the negligence of railroad companies.

At its core, an injury is an intensely personal ordeal, often pitted against powerful insurance companies. The combination of her military service and professional experiences have instilled in her the work ethic and determination necessary for litigating cases on behalf of persons who have been unjustly harmed. Patricia has navigated and negotiated a diverse range of settlements, spanning in areas such as automobile collisions, trucking accidents, wrongful death, premises liability, and cases under the Federal Employers' Liability Act.
