Karthik Murthy has over 10 years of experience as a document review attorney in federal litigation. The types of litigation include antitrust, cybersecurity, financial, fraud, Hatch-Waxman act, product liability, patent, and securities litigation.
Karthik has reviewed thousands of documents including patent applications and research and development, as well as numerous emails, presentations, reports and Excel spreadsheets. Karthik has worked on litigation related to hardware, software, biotech and pharmaceuticals, and so is familiar with a wide variety of scientific disciplines as well.
Karthik has worked with all types of clients, including large multinationals, small startups and individuals from all around the world.
Karthik earned his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law.
Karthik earned his Bachelor of science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
Karthik is a member of the United States Patent Bar, the Washington State Bar, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
