Karthik Murthy has over 10 years of experience as an attorney in federal litigation. The types of litigation include antitrust, cybersecurity, financial, fraud, Hatch-Waxman act, product liability, patent, and securities litigation.
Karthik has analyzed patent applications, issued patents, scientific research papers and journal articles. Karthik has worked on litigation related to hardware, software, biotech and pharmaceuticals, and so is familiar with a wide variety of scientific disciplines as well.
Karthik has worked with all types of clients, including large multinationals, small startups and individuals from all around the world. Furthermore, Karthik has visited 23 countries around the world, and so can provide an international point of view.
Karthik earned his Bachelor of science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Karthik earned his law degree from the University of Illinois College of Law.
Karthik is a member of the United States Patent Bar, the Washington State Bar, and the American Intellectual Property Law Association.
