Biography Overview
Dylan A. Bess, ESQ. is an equity partner with Morgan & Morgan, the nation’s largest personal injury law firm. He is originally from Florence County, South Carolina and studied at the University of South Carolina before earning his bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management at Claflin University and both his Juris Doctor and Master of Taxation degrees at Georgia State University. Dylan works in the firm’s Atlanta, GA office but specializes in cases involving fire-related injuries and deaths throughout the United States, as well as employment-related injuries and deaths in South Carolina and Georgia.
Outside of Morgan & Morgan, Dylan is an active member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. where he has served as the Deputy to Omega’s Grand Counselor, noted civil rights attorney Benjamin L. Crump, and continues to serve in that capacity. He also serves on several non-profit boards, including Joanne W. Charles Memorial Foundation, which advocates for ovarian cancer awareness, and Georgia Legal Foundation, where he works with other lawyers to champion the rights of injured workers in Georgia’s appellate courts. Dylan has also served on charter school boards as well as Zeta Zeta College Endowment Foundation as an extension of his passion for equal access to quality education for underprivileged students.
Dylan and his lovely wife, Nikki, a Charleston SC native, are the proud parents of Zoe and Ivy.
